Nanfang-Chunfu Children's Institute of Hematology & Oncology, also known as GoBroad Healthcare (Hematology) Guangdong Research Center, is a medical institution led by Professor Chunfu Li, focusing on hematology research, diagnosis， and treatment, carrying out strategic cooperation with Mayo Clinic, and integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. Using the comprehensive diagnosis system and advanced chemical and biomedical technology to develop systematic diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases and immune diseases, with 150 regular wards and 36 standard transplant rooms, it has grown into a large-scale pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) center worldwide.

From July 2018 to November 2023, a total of 1186 patients received HSCT in this center. The diseases included hematologic diseases and immune system diseases: thalassemia, juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), aplastic anemia (AA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), immunodeficiency diseases, etc.. With efforts, the technology of haploidentical transplantation (including Tαβ+ Cell Depleted HSCT (TDH) ) was well established, accounting for 69.89% of the total number of transplants. With multiple selected oral reports and posters, the names and faces of Nanfang-Chunfu Children's Institute of Hematology & Oncology were heard and seen many times at  the ASH (American Blood Annual Conference) Annual Meeting and Exposition and the Annual Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA). A number of clinical research results were published in Blood, Leukemia and other top academic journals. The innovative Complementary Transplantation Protocol for thalassemia patients has achieved an overall survival (OS) rate of 97.6%, the best result of thalassemia transplantation in the world.
