Professor HE is the Chief Physician of Nanfang-Chunfu Children’s Institute of Hematology & Oncology. She has over 30 years of experience in Hematological Tumor and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT). Professor HE specializes in various types of allogeneic HSCT to treat diseases such as hematological tumors and congenital immunodeficiency in children. She has completed over 1,000 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Prof. HE graduated from the First Military Medical University (now Southern Medical University) with a Bachelor's degree in 1989, further studied in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescents at the University of Hong Kong's Queen Mary Hospital in 2000, and graduated with a Master's Degree from the Southern Medical University in 2001.

Prof. HE has been engaged in pediatric haematology and HSCT for more than 30 years, participated in collaborative HSCT researches in Italy and Japan, and has published more than 100 articles internationally and domestically. She has been on the international academic platform for many times to promote the continuous innovation and development of transplantation technology. Her research results from 2014 to 2019 have been presented at the international conferences such as Annual Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) and the American Society of Hematology (ASH), etc..
